Heroes of The Heartland

The Album Show returns with a new show, this time highlighting the music one of the most enduring and popular subgenres, in their “Heroes Of The Heartland” show.

Heartland rock grew out of the intersection of rock and country in the 70’s. But it wasn’t until the explosion of artists like Springsteen, Mellencamp, Petty and Seger in the late 70’s, that it became a bonafide subgenre. With an eye on the growing social consciousness of the mid 80’s, this group of artists hit critical mass, not only crossing over but dominating the mainstream.

The Album Show celebrates the important and iconic hits of these incredible artists in a 2 set show, presented by a 5 piece band of some of this collectives most popular singers and instrumentalists (including Sophie Jones and Michael Carpenter). The show will be hit after hit of music that changed the landscape of country rock for generations to come. Not to be missed!

The duration of the show includes an amazing 50 minute set, followed by a huge 60 minute set plus encores!
