The Dave Webb Project - EP Launch
THE DAVE WEBB PROJECT is launching the debut EP, inspired by a 15 year long journey that began with his band “A Second to Surface”.Now joined by Todd Brownlow on Drums and Kaitlyn Baker on Bass, this release is a hard rock, alternative, guitar driven experience ripe with catchy vocal hooks, memorable riffs and blistering solos. Altogether this EP is a sonic journey that embraces his past, present and future direction.

Inspired by their shared love of the gritty glamour, shady chic and femmes fatale of noir cinema, genre-benders Jude Bowler (aka Marlene Dietrich) and Christa Hughes (Machine Gun Fellatio, Circus Oz) present a musical mash-up cabaret steeped in cool cynicism, profound passion, fishnet stockings and terrific toons of the era and today (in an “everything new is old again” twisted kind of way) … songs made famous by Marlene Dietrich, Liza Minnelli, Grace Jones, Lou Reed, Edith Piaf, Judy Garland, Iggy Pop, The White Stripes, and a pinch of Prince.

Cocktails at the Keystone
Housing Plus is hosting their inaugural event Cocktails at the Keystone.
The money raised from this event will go towards furnishing the five self-contained units and communal areas of The Orchard Bathurst, crisis accommodation that is currently being built for women and children escaping domestic and family violence.
We are delighted to announce that our MC for the evening will be the amazing Jane Caro.
Jane Caro AM is a Walkley Award-winning Australian columnist, author, novelist, broadcaster, documentary maker, feminist and social commentator.

The Lady Doley Group & Andy Baylor
The Lachy Doley Group are a unique sound in a classic and sometimes very traditional genre of the Blues. Most often a power trio of Bass, Drums and of course Doley firing on the Hammond, his vocal screaming from the heart and the incredibly rare Hohner D6 Whammy Clavinet.
Andy Baylor was born in Melbourne in 1954 and is a respected and influential Australian musician known for his multi-instrumental skills, song writing and unparalleled versatility. In the heady days of Melbourne’s busy music scene in the 70’s and 80’s.
